CAREER OUTCOMES:
COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS
At the start of your program, you’ll be matched up with a cohort—a group of up to 18 adults like you—to help each other learn. Hear unique perspectives and experiences from their workplaces for an even greater depth of insight into the curriculum you’re learning and how to apply it.
AFFORDABILITY
This investment in your future doesn’t need to be expensive. We’re dedicated to being transparent about the cost of higher education and helping you make this investment affordable. Instead of paying for multiple courses at a time as you would in a semester-based traditional program, you only pay for one course at a time. This allows you to effectively manage the cost of your education.
You’ve already earned your teaching license. With it, you gained the skills needed to teach in a classroom setting—but not every student is the same. With our seven-course ESL Endorsement program, you can be prepared to help students who are struggling with the English language without pursuing a full degree.
Learn how to address the unique obstacles your students face by taking courses in areas such as linguistics, second language acquisition and TESOL methodology. Hear from faculty with experience teaching languages in the classroom for practical knowledge straight from teachers who have put it to use.
Use this endorsement to prepare for the English as a Second Language (086) test, so you can add this certification to your teaching license and help your students thrive.
