Good leaders direct.
Great leaders empower.
That’s why we created a specialized doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Development for professionals who have been called to go beyond the basics and become the kind of leader that can change a business or organization forever.
But we know you can’t just quit your job and go back to school. That’s why we created a flexible, convenient program to help you earn your Ed.D.
With just one course at a time online, and three on-campus intensives spread throughout the program, Cornerstone will help you complete your degree – and change your career – without having to leave your job and sacrifice your income to take your work to the next level.
Our Ed.D for Organizational Leadership Can Help You:
- Set yourself apart from other candidates for management positions
- Develop the leadership skills to guide your organization into the future
- Discover how to help your team develop and flourish in their roles
- Learn how to lead from an ethical, Christ-centered perspective
COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS
At the start of your program, you’ll be matched up with a group of people like you so you can help each other learn. The students in each class will be your classmates, colleagues, and future co-workers. When you’re having a tough week, they’ll help you stay motivated. If you have to miss a class, they have your back and will let you know what you missed.
Study Online with Residency
Can't make it to campus every week? Not a problem! All of the courses you will need to take for the Doctor of Education: Organizational Leadership & Development program are online. However, you will need to attend 3 separate 3-day intensives on our Grand Rapids campus throughout the program. Receive the benefit of online courses with in person intensives.
Earning a degree is one of the best personal investments someone can make. The experience and knowledge continues with you for a lifetime providing positive social, cultural, financial, and intellectual rewards. On average over 74% of our students receive financial assistance to help cover the cost of their education.
