Ready to begin your career serving people in need?
Designed to equip leaders to maximize transformational change
Service and ministry experience are great, but they’re not enough to get the job you want.
That’s why we created a flexible, convenient program to help working adults like you get a human services degree, built upon Christ-centered principles, without having to quit your job.
Our unique one course at a time format lets you focus on one class at a time so you have more time to study, then move immediately to the next class to complete your degree as fast as possible.
Our Associate’s of Human Services Can Help You Begin a Career As:
- A case management aid
- A social work assistant
- A community outreach worker
DESIGNED WITH THE ADULT LEARNER IN MIND
COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS
At the start of your program, you’ll be matched up with a group of people like you so you can help each other learn. The students in each class will be your classmates, colleagues, and future co-workers. When you’re having a tough week, they’ll help you stay motivated. If you have to miss a class, they have your back and will let you know what you missed.
Study in a Blended or Fully Online Format
Cornerstone offers Associate of Science programs in either a blended or fully-online format. The blended program has a mixture of classes on campus with concentration courses taken online, while the online option is 100% online. On-campus classes meet one night per week from 6-10 p.m. so you can earn your degree without missing normal working hours. If you work long hours or have a family to watch over, the flexibility to take classes online can help you finally complete your degree.
Earning a degree is one of the best personal investments someone can make. The experience and knowledge continues with you for a lifetime providing positive social, cultural, financial, and intellectual rewards. On average over 74% of our students receive financial assistance to help cover the cost of their education.
WHAT GRADUATES ARE SAYING
“Cornerstone University has helped me regain confidence in myself and to be an example to my children on never giving up. With the encouragement I have received from the staff and my peers, it is evident that through hard work and faith in Christ we can accomplish anything. I am beyond grateful for the opportunities and friendships I’ve established through Cornerstone.”
